Refund policy

We at Krithagya strive to deliver the best quality products to you. All our products undergo a thorough quality check and assessment before shipping. Since the products are handmade, each product is unique and may have minor inconsistencies and aberrations. Any return requests for such aberrations will be considered on a case-to-case basis.

  1. Returns are accepted ONLY in case of damage or defect in the product received.If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please mail us the details at shopfromkrithagya@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID and attach an unboxing video of the product. 
    • Returns accepted if raised within 48 hours ONLY.
  2. Since our products are handmade by Artisans, minor variations in print or colour /thread pulling are a part of the human process and are not considered a defect. Products with major visible areas of faded colour or torn products are deemed defective and are eligible for return. Colour bleeding is normal for printed products and is NOT considered a defect.
  3. If incase the product doesn’t have a visible defect or damage and you still wish to return or exchange it, the forward and reverse shipping charges will have to be borne by you.
  4. Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team to assess the claim.
  5. The amount refunded to you would be only for the products not the shipping charges.
  6. We do not have any exchange policy yet.

Additional terms for returns

  • Products without original packaging and tags will not be accepted.
  • The products should be unused and unwashed.
  • Return requests that are not raised within 48 hours of receiving the product will not be accepted.
  • Products bought during sale are non-returnable.
  • Exchange will not be accepted if the product has been customised.
