Shipping policy

Domestic Orders:

• Shipping is free for all orders above INR 2000.
• We ship all our products from Bangalore through trusted courier partners like India Post, DTDC, etc.
• Consignment tracking number will be shared over email once the order is dispatched.
• Order usually takes 1-2 business days to process, and 5-7 business days to deliver.
• In case of change in delivery address, email shopfromkrithagya@gmail.com within 4 hours of placing the orders.

International Orders:

• We Charge Flat Shipping Fees based on the number of products bought and its weight.
• We usually ship the product within 3-4 working days after receiving the order and try and deliver them within 10-15 days unless and otherwise mentioned differences on a particular product.
• Any customs or import charges have to be borne by the customer.
• In case of change in delivery address,  email shopfromkrithagya@gmail.com within 4 hours of placing the order
